Product testing
 

All results are based on testing versus a comparable gas-driven “compact cut-off machine” (350mm blade size, 0.71l tank capacity, 66.7cm³ engine displacement, 4.3 HP engine power).

Results suggest that it takes two XC-406 batteries at most to perform the same amount of work as with one tank of gas. (Based on internal testing for several applications.)

Results might vary for other applications, which is why we calculate 2.5 battery charges per fuel tank.
