  • Wheel brushes are used for general cleaning, smoothing, cleaning of weld seams, light deburring, and removal of corrosion and paint.
  • Wheel brushes with steel wire are used to remove rust and paint and to clean weld seams.
  • Wheel brushes with stainless steel wires are used for removing tempering colour from stainless steel weld seams. The stainless steel wire prevents contamination and rust.
  • Abrasive (silicon carbide and ceramic grain) wheel brushes are used for deburring stainless steel and aluminum. Use the ceramic grain for higher aggressiveness.
  • Highly flexible brush enables optimum adaptation to the workpiece contour and produces a fine surface finish.
  • Tight brush design for a longer life.
  • Suitable for straight grinders with max RPM between 15,000 - 20,000.
