Milwaukee E-Service is available to users with products that are in and out of warranty. By joining the service you have access to Milwaukee professional repairs. Just record your tool and follow the easy step by step repair process.
Visit uk.milwaukeetool.eu/service to record your tool
(or retrieve an already recorded one) and click repair. Confirm whether
your tool is in or out of the warranty condition.
Choose from one of the following options for the pick up and drop off of your repair:
A) Pick up and drop off from home
B) Pick up and drop off at your chosen location
C) Pick up and drop off at your chosen collection points of the carrier network
Add your tool’s failure description and choose to receive a tracking message via email or sms.
Confirm your repair request. You can then review your repair summary, where you will have the option to edit if required. Once you are happy, click print label and attach your label to your parcel.
Your tool is then collected by a Milwaukee approved courier and taken to the service centre. You can follow your tool’s repair online (sms or e-mail if selected) through the following stages:
• Collection by the carrier
• Arrival at the service centre
• Tool repaired
• Collection by the carrier from the Service Centre
• Delivery back to you
If your tool is out of warranty, you have the option to select your maximum repair cost. The cost of the repair will be reviewed by the service team and if the required repairs can be completed within your budget, we will repair your tool without quotation and further contact to save you valuable time.
If your tool cannot be repaired within your desired budget or you didn’t select that option, the service team will provide you a quotation. You can choose to accept it, and we will repair your tool, or reject it and we will return the tool (at a cost to you) or recycle it on your behalf.
