MILWAUKEE SPEND AND SAVE

 

Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”)

1. The Milwaukee Spend to Save Voucher Promotion("Promotion") is promoted by Techtronic Industries (UK) Limited, with company number 02478762 and whose registered address is Suite A, Second Floor, Parkway, Marlow, Bucks, England, SL7 1YL ("Promoter").

2. By submitting a redemption claim to be entered into the Promotion, participants will be deemed to have accepted this Agreement. Participants in the Promotion will be subject to the Milwaukee website terms of use of the Milwaukee UK website [https://uk.milwaukeetool.eu/footer/terms-of-use/], the Milwaukee MyAccount terms of use available here: [https://uk.milwaukeetool.eu/footer/my-account-terms-of-use/] and participants personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's privacy statement available at: [https://uk.milwaukeetool.eu/footer/privacy-policy/]

 

PROMOTION

3. The Promotion begins on 1 September 2026 at 00:01am and ends 30 September 2026 11.59pm ("Promotion Period"). There are a limited number of redeemable vouchers (“Vouchers”) available for this Promotion – claims for Vouchers will be fulfilled subject to voucher stock availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Participants who, during the Promotion Period, purchase Milwaukee Powertool Accessories, Hand tools and PPE/Workwear products in store or online from one of the Participating Milwaukee Retailers at Annex 1 and meet the purchase threshold set out in Annex 1 (“Qualifying Spend”) are entitled to submit a claim for this Promotion, subject to the terms and conditions herein.

5. All claims must be received by us, regardless of when they are sent, by 28 October 2026 ("Redemption Date") in accordance with the claims process set out below to be eligible for this Promotion.

6. Participants may only make one valid claim per proof of purchase. Any attempt to make multiple claims per proof of purchase will be void.

7. Participants may only make maximum one claim per Milwaukee MyAccount. Any attempt to make multiple claims per Milwaukee MyAccount will be void.

8. All Qualifying Spend must be new and genuine Milwaukee products purchased from a Participating Milwaukee Retailer. Purchases of second hand, refurbished or reconditioned products, and purchases from auction websites (e.g. eBay) or from third party sellers that are not Participating Milwaukee Retailers, including sales on online retailers' websites (e.g. Amazon and Amazon Marketplace) as well as products imported from outside the UK or EEA or products which are counterfeit or infringe the intellectual property rights of the Promoter in any way will not qualify for this Promotion.

9. The Voucher is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and there is no cash, credit, or product alternative available. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative Voucher of the same or greater value.

 

ELIGIBILITY

10. The Promotion is available to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 years or over at the beginning date of Promotion Period. If the Qualifying Spend is made in the United Kingdom by a Participant that is resident outside the United Kingdom, this entry will be void. The Promotion will be void and non-applicable where prohibited by law and where it is necessary to do so.

11. Employees, officers and directors of Promoter and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Any such entries will be deemed as void.

12. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion and submit a valid voucher claim, participants must have registered MyAccount [https://uk.milwaukeetool.eu/account/login/?returnUrl=/account/dashboard/] at the time of the voucher claim submission. Claims submitted without an active Milwaukee account will be deemed invalid and no Voucher will be issued.

13. Proof of eligibility may be required, and Vouchers may be withheld until Promoter is fully satisfied the above criteria are met. Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

14. The Promotion is only available to participants who purchase Milwaukee products that meet the Qualifying Spend (Annex 1) from a Participating Milwaukee Retailer.

15. Applications from organised groups, third parties, agents, macros or other automated means, will not be eligible. Incomplete applications or applications that are not in accordance with this Agreement or the application instructions will be rejected.

16. Tools Kits created by dealers including Accessories, Handtools and PPE are eligible for  a Voucher. Batteries and chargers are not eligible for a Voucher. Powertool and battery kits created by dealers are not eligible for a Voucher. Qualifying Spend must be from original Milwaukee product as outlined in Annex 1.

17. This Promotion does not apply to any non-listed Milwaukee products during the campaign or any products purchased outside of the Promotion Period.

 

CLAIM PROCESS

18. To claim this Promotion, once participants have purchased Milwaukee products equal to or above the Qualifying Spend from a Participating Milwaukee Retailer within the Promotion Period and signed up for a Milwaukee account here: [https://uk.milwaukeetool.eu/account/login/?returnUrl=/account/dashboard/] a claim form must be completed and submitted online before the Redemption Date using the following link: [https://uk.milwaukeetool.eu/promotions/portal/uk/spend-and-save/form/]. Participants must upload a fully legible copy of the purchase receipt as part of the claim. The uploaded proof of purchase must display all required information, being the model number and/or description of the Qualifying Spend, the price paid for the Qualifying Spend, that the Qualifying Spend was purchased from a Participating Milwaukee Retailer, a picture copy of the receipt, and the date of purchase.

19. Participants must submit their claim within the specified promotional Promotion Period. Any claims submitted before or after the Promotion Period will be invalid.

20. Once a participant has submitted their claim, an email acknowledging receipt of the claim will be sent to the email address the participant has provided, which will include details of the claim. If your claim is successful, your Voucher will be sent via email within 7 days. If you do not receive your Voucher within 7 working days of your claim submission date, please contact Promoter at [email protected] quoting your name, address and claim number. If your claim is unsuccessful, an email notifying of this will be sent to the email address the participant has provided.

21. Any claims made in respect of the Qualifying Spend that are subsequently returned to the retailer for any refund are deemed void, and the Participant must immediately notify Promoter at [email protected] to cancel the claim.

22. The Promoter reserves the right to verify with a Participating Milwaukee Retailer the eligibility of all claims to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid or repetitive claims including, without limitation, to require the participant to prove that it did not return the product within the period of 30 days from the date of purchase. The Promoter recommends that participants retain their packaging for the products until they have received their Voucher, just in case validation is required. Participants acknowledge that the Promoter may contact Participating Milwaukee Retailers for such purpose. Claims for returned products, bad faith or fraudulent entries or claims that otherwise do not meet the terms under this Agreement, will be invalidated and the participant will not receive a Voucher.

23. All claims must include the participant's full name, email address and a telephone number. The Promoter will not be held responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website or other failures or damage of any kind, to the extent that this prevents the participant from or otherwise obstructs the participant to enter in the Promotion. Claims made by fax, telephone or post will not be accepted. Incomplete claim forms will be deemed void, as will claim forms not completed in accordance with this Agreement.

24. Online entry is free however internet connection and mobile data rates may apply to the participant. The cost of accessing the promotional website will be dependent on the participant's individual internet service provider and shall be the responsibility of the participants only. Promoter holds no liability to cover entrance costs.

25. Vouchers (see Annex 2) will be valid for use at the same Milwaukee Authorised Distributor from which the Qualifying Spend was made. Vouchers are eligible for use on any Milwaukee products and will expire 31 December 2026.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

29. Personal data relating to the participants will be used for the purposes of this Promotion in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Promoter's Privacy Statement available at [https://uk.milwaukeetool.eu/footer/privacy-policy/]. The Promoter has appointed Vario Press Limited as its third-party fulfilment provider for the Promotion and delivery of the Voucher. The Promoter has appointed Bubblehouse as its third-party provider to validate your claim on our behalf. If participants give their consent to the processing of their personal data for Promoter's marketing purposes, the Promoter reserves the right to contact them regarding various Milwaukee product and service promotions or other related communications. Participants can withdraw consent to such use of personal information by writing to Promoter at the email address set out above or by using the opt-out link in the promotional emails.

30. The Promoter shall not be liable for any disruption to the Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter's control.

31. In accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or modify this Promotion. If such modification or suspension occurs, Promoter will post a notice of such on Promoter's website as soon as is practically possible.

32. To the extent permitted by law, Participants agree to release and hold the Promoter harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in or in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the Voucher or this Promotion. The above limitation of liability shall not apply to liability arising from fraud (including fraudulent misrepresentation), death or personal injury caused as a result of Promoter's negligence.

33. This Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

34. If the Voucher is taxable then the Participant is responsible for ensuring the necessary reporting and payment of any applicable tax on the value of the Voucher to the relevant tax authority.

35. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid by any law or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

36. This Agreement is governed by the Laws of England and Wales. The place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes is England and Wales
