In partnership with Uponor™, Milwaukee® delivers another breakthrough in productivity for q&e installs. This latest addition to their expansion tool lineup is the fastest, lightest, and most compact way to install 50 mm q&e fittings.
A pipe size selector switch optimises the expansion speed when expanding different sizes of Q&E pipes for up to 3X faster 40 & 50 mm connections and the tool’s D-handle design provides both balance and control for one-handed operation. The expander features an auto-rotating mechanism for fast, consistent expansions and comes equipped with the new, dedicated 40 mm 10 bar and 50 mm 6&10 bar Q&E Expander Heads designed exclusively for the M18 FUEL™ Expander. The integrated cone design of the two new heads delivers the lightest, most compact experience on 40 mm 10 bar and 50 mm 6&10 bar by reducing the travel length of the tool’s expansion cone, allowing for the most compact expansion cycle. Jobsite durability is provided by the tool’s all-metal gears and an integrated metal frame. The M18 FUEL™ Q&E Expander is equipped with ONE-KEY™,** allowing users to wirelessly connect their expander with their smartphone to track and manage the tool through the ONE-KEY™ app.
Like other M18 FUEL™ solutions*, the M18 FUEL™ Q&E Expander features MILWAUKEE®’s POWERSTATE™ brushless motor, allowing the tool to quickly create connections yet run cool.
