Features

  • Carbide tooth technology provides for best performance, speed and 10x more lifetime than standard bi-metal holesaws. Teeth can also be resharpened.
  • Extra deep 25 mm cutting depth for drilling in sheet material and pipes.
  • One solid piece holesaw design reduces wobble and vibration for accurate drilling.
  • Safety stop collar prevents over drilling for best safety.
  • Ejector spring helps eject the slug, prevents jamming and saves time.
  • With 3-flat secure grip shank reception to prevent the holesaw slipping in the chuck and to ensure maximum torque transmission. Diameters 16-76 mm with 10 mm and >80 mm with 13 mm 3-flat shank reception.
  • Replaceable pilot drill and spring.
  • Use a cooling lubricant to extend the life of the holesaw. For metals use cutting oil, aluminium turpentine, plastics water and for cast iron drill dry.
  • Suitable for drilling steel (<1200 N/mm²) up to 4 mm, stainless steel up to 2 mm, aluminium, zink, cast iron, copper, fibreglass and PVC.
