Slot cutter arbors are delivered with bearing, nut and three washers/spacers (⅓/4mm); the required 3 wing slot cutters need to be ordered extra.
3 wing carbide tipped slot cutters with anti kickback design for maximum safety come in a wide range of widths.
All cutters have a ⌀ 8mm bore and a maximum cutting depth of 12.8mm.
With red anti friction coating to prevent resin build up and jamming.
Applications: grooves for biscuit joining, slots for weather proofing on windows and door frames and tongue and groove joints.
Cobalt infused micro grain tunsten carbide for best durability and lifetime, thicker carbide so suitable for multiple resharpennings.
Carbide is brazed onto the body using a triple layer process (silver-copper-silver) to give the strongest bond.
