Sweat Bands and Crown Liners offer an effective cooling solution, improving comfort and reducing heat stress or fatigue. To activate their cooling effect, simply soak or run the products under water and wring out the excess. This takes around 30 seconds, forming a quick and effective solution that doesn't restrict work time. The cooling effect lasts up to four hours and can be reactivated just as easily with the same process. All products are machine washable and can be reused for added longevity. MILWAUKEE® Cooling Helmet Liner and Sweatband products are compatible with corresponding BOLT™ helmets for a seamless, secure fit. The BOLT™ 200 Cooling Crown Liner is designed to slot inside hard hats and helmets to provide cooling to the top of the head. It comes with soft, comfortable padding and attaches to the suspension with a hook and loop. The design is simple and hassle-free so that workers can enjoy the cooling relief immediately without any setup delays. Users can choose the BOLT™ 100 Cooling Sweatband or the larger BOLT™ 200 Cooling Sweatband for cooling around the forehead area.
