Decal Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter 

1. The Milwaukee Decal Sticker 2023 ("Promotion") is promoted by Techtronic Industries UK Ltd, whose registered address is Suite A, Second Floor, Parkway, Marlow, Bucks, England, SL7 1YL ("Promoter").  

2. Entry into Promotion is deemed acceptance of this Agreement. Entrants will be subject to the terms of use of the Milwaukee website found here https://www.milwaukeetool.eu/footer/privacy-policy .

 

2. ELEGIBILITY 

1. This Promotion is open to any UK resident over the age of 18 years at the date of entry.  

2. Employees, officers and directors of Techtronic Industries (UK) Ltd and its affiliated companies or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the Promotion or helping to set up the Promotion shall not be permitted to enter the Promotion.  

3. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that they are entitled to participate and proof of eligibility may be required and decal stickers withheld until Promoter is fully satisfied the above criteria are met.  

4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Promotion; however internet connection and mobile data rates may apply to the entrant. The cost of accessing the Promotion website will be dependent on the entrant’s individual internet service provider and shall be the responsibility of the entrant only. Promoter holds no liability towards entrant costs.  

5. By entering this Promotion, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

 

3. ENTRY INTO GIVEAWAY  

1. The Promotion begins at 00:01 on 13/03/2023 and ends at 11:59pm on 31/05/2023 (the “Promotion Period”).  

2. Route to entry for the Promotion and details of how to enter are via https://www.milwaukeetool.eu/.  

3. To enter the Promotion, entrants must follow the instructions set out below;  

1. All entrants must successfully complete the Heavy Duty News™ subscription form on the Milwaukee website. This includes entering the entrant’s full name and email address as well as agreeing to the T&C’s of the Promotion and privacy policy of the Promotor by clicking on the link provided at clause 3.2.   

2. All entrants shall then be sent a verification link to the email address provided, to be validated within 24 hours. Entrants must validate their email address before they can participate in the Promotion. 

3. Once an entrant has verified their email address, they will be contacted via email within one day by the Promoter to provide a UK delivery address for sending the decal stickers. If a recipient cannot be contacted or does not claim the decal stickers within five (5) days of Promoter’s email request, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the decal stickers from the recipient and select a replacement recipient. The Promoter shall have no liability for recipient’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for recipient’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. 

4. Each valid entrant shall receive one (1) MILWAUKEE® Logo Vinyl Transfer Decal (approximate retail value [£0.28] while supplies last. 

5. This Promotion is limited to one (1) entry per household during the Promotion Period.  

4. There is a total of 6,000 (UK) decal stickers available throughout the Promotion Period, as split into giveaway months outlined in Annex 1 below. 

5. The decal stickers will be delivered within 90 days from the date the recipient provides their valid postal address to the Promoter. Details of when the decal stickers will be dispatched for the particular giveaway month are outlined in Annex 1 below.  

6. Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate giveaway details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Promotion and no cash alternative to the decal stickers will be offered. The decal stickers are not transferable. Decal stickers are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any decal stickers with another of similar characteristics without giving notice. 

7. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

8. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or the like will not be accepted. We will not accept cheating in any form including the use of macros or other automated means of  entry, masking of identity by manipulating IP addresses, using any false identity or any other behaviour that falls outside the spirit of the promotion (to be determined at our absolute discretion) . Any entrant found to be cheating will be excluded.  

9. Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received, deleted, altered or that are invalid, regardless of the reason. 

 

4. DATA PROTECTION 

Personal data relating to the entrants will be used for the purposes of this Promotion in accordance with the current GDPR legislation and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy found at https://www.milwaukeetool.eu/footer/privacy-policy/ 

1. The Promoter reserves the right to contact all entrants to verify their personal data. For the avoidance of doubt, any entry made in relation to the Promotion as set out at Clause 3 will be deemed to have given consent for the Promotor to process all personal data as defined under Art.4 (1) General Data Protection Regulation 2016/ 679. 

 

5. GENERAL 

1. Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these terms and conditions without notice at any time. Any changes to the Promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Promoter.   

2. The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. 

3. If any provision of these terms and conditions are held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid. 

4. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or affiliates will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the recipient or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the decal sticker except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
