MILWAUKEE  MONTHLY TRADE COMPETITION

Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”)

 

1. The Milwaukee Monthly Trade Competition ("Promotion") is promoted by Techtronic Industries UK Ltd whose registered office is at Unit 3, Globeside Business Park, Fieldhouse Ln, Marlow, Buckinghamshire SL7 1HZ ("Promoter").

2. Entry into Promotion is deemed acceptance of this Agreement. Participants will be subject to the terms of use of the Milwaukee website including the privacy policy available at: https://www.milwaukeetool.eu/footer/privacy-policy.

ELIGIBILITY

3. The Promotion is applicable to residents in a the United Kingdom only who are aged 18 years or over at the date of entry. The Promotion will be void and non-applicable where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable local laws accordingly.

4. Employees, officers and directors of Promoter and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate.

5. Proof of eligibility may be required, and prizes withheld until Promoter is fully satisfied the above criteria are met. Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. The Promotion is limited to a maximum of one claim per person, postal or residential address only. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or the like will not be accepted. We will not accept cheating in any form including the use of macros or other automated means of entry, masking of identity by manipulating IP addresses, using any false identity or any other behaviour that falls outside the spirit of the promotion (to be determined at our absolute discretion). Any entrant found to be cheating will be excluded.

7. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway; however, internet connection and mobile data rates may apply to the entrant. The cost of accessing the giveaway website will be dependent on the entrant’s individual internet service provider and shall be the responsibility of the entrant only. Promoter holds no liability towards entrant costs.

HOW TO ENTER

8. The Promotion begins on 1^st August 2020 at 00:01am and ends on the 31^st December 2020 at 11.59pm (GMT) (“Promotion Period”).

10. To enter the Promotion, entrants must complete the form on the Solutions Provider website page, and submit their entry along with their first name, last name, and email address before the closing date.

PRIZES AND WINNERS ANNOUNCEMENT

11. A full list of the prizes is listed in Annex 1 below (“Prize Pool”).  Winners are not entitled to products from the Prize Pools outside of the month (trade) on the date of their entry.

12. The Promoter will randomly select from all entrants, one (1) winner every 1^st of the month from September 1^st 2020 to January 1^st 2021. The winners will be selected from the pool of entries submitted in the previous month.

13. The winner will be notified by email through which the Promoter will request all relevant personal data required for delivering the Prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the winner and select a replacement winner. The Promoter shall have no liability for winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

14. Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate Prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this giveaway and no cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The Prize is subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of similar characteristics and a prize of equal or greater value.

15. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

16. Personal data relating to the participants will be used for the purposes of this Promotion in accordance with current GDPR legislation and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.milwaukeetool.eu/footer/privacy-policy/. The Promoter reserves the right to contact all entrants to verify their personal data.

17. The Promoter shall not be liable for any disruption to the Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.

18. In accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or modify this Promotion. If such modification or suspension occurs, Promoter will make a commercially reasonable effort to post notice of such on Promoter’s website.

19. To the extent permitted by law, Participants agree to release and hold the Promoter harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in or in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the Prize. The above limitation of liability shall not apply to liability arising from fraud (including fraudulent misrepresentation), death or personal injury caused as a result of Promoter’s negligence.

20. This Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

21. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid by any law or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

25. This Agreement is governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
